Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is the process of increasing the number of visitors to your website who engage in an action, such as filling out a contact form, buying a product, or asking for a quote.
Once your website is up and running, and people are visiting to buy your products or services, ask questions, or subscribing to your newsletter, you’re getting conversions. You’re converting a casual visitor into an active lead by getting them to leave some information behind.
